How to block the internet access for particular user?

Hi sir, i am using windows xp sp2. I have 2 user accounts in my system (i.e) prabu and sathya. I want to block internet connection for user sathya in windows xp. Can you tell the procedure to block for that user only.

whats your internet connection? Dialup or Broadband or USB dongle or what?

#1. You can disable internet by not "Saving password" when you authenticate.

#2. You can go to "Network Connection settings" in control panel and right click and properties and find an option that says "Share this connection for all users" (I am not exact.. But there might be an option like that).

If you answer my first question..I can help exactly..

Softwares like bitdefender does this job good.
