How to block the internet access for particular user?

Hi sir, i am using windows xp sp2.i am using broadband connection.  I have 2 user accounts in my system (i.e) prabu and sathya. I want to block internet connection for user sathya in windows xp. Can you tell the procedure to block for that user only.

You could use the IPCONFIG command to "release" the PC's IP address when  that user logs on
goto  run>cmd>ipconfig /release
you use the IPCONFIG command to "renew" the IP address
when anyone else logs on.
goto  run>cmd>ipconfig /renew

you can also go to device manager and disable network adapter

right click mycomputer>manage>device manager>
right click network adapter>disable

Hello sir, I am asking how to set permission to the user to access the internet. It is similar to setting the permission for the folder for the particular user.

i meant so.. if you are using prabhu login and  you wanna block sathya's internet you can go to their login and disable their network adapter. like blocking pendrive to other users... upto my knowledge i said.. hope it will be little helpful
