Windows software counterfeiting"

My computer always shows "windows software counterfeiting". because dealer cheated my windows XP software, so how to clear this warning words from கம்ப்யூட்டர் டெக்ஸ்டாப், or registry ?

task manager - Processes - WGATRAY.EXE end this process and delete file from windowssystem32wgatray.exe
or
start  window  safe  mode .
start  my  computer  C : windows -System32" -WgaTray.exe   file. Right-click Delete. and  Delete dllcache  in  same  window ...
or
C:WindowsSystem32 (Rename wgatray.exe to wgatrayold.exe)
C:WindowsSystem32dllcache (Rename wgatray.exe to wgatrayold.exe)
