float point support not loaded r6002 while open the sothink dhtml software?

Hi sir,
       When i try to open the sothink dhtml software, i am getting "float point support not loaded r6002" error. Kindly give me the solution to resolve this problem.

இரண்டு காரணங்களைக் கூறலாம்.
Microsoft  visual  C ++ காரணமாக ஏற்படுவது. இதை நீக்கி பின் reinstall செய்து பார்க்கலாம்.
 sothink dhtml software  ல் உள்ள சில பழைய file கள் ஒத்துப் போகவில்லை( .pgt files காரணமாக ) தேவையற்ற சிலவற்றை நீக்கிப் பார்க்கலாம்.( recopying the .pgt files )
Windows Visual C++ Runtime  error  காரணமாக இருந்தால், இரண்டும் ஒத்துவராதிருக்கலாம். latest  version ஐ தரவிறக்கம் செய்து பார்க்கலாம்.
