how to move application in samsung galaxy y from intel memory to sd card?

sir good evening.. i use samsung galaxy y mobile.. we r able to download lot of use full applicaion in this mobil but those applications are store in mobile intel memory so we cant download others applicaions how can i move intel memory applicaions into sd card and how can i download into sd card?.. can u answer pls.. happy diwali to all
