இவற்றுள் ஏதாவதாக இருக்கலாம். Keyboard is locked , Incompatible keyboard driver ,Virus infected
try
-clean  keyboard

-turn  back  and  retest  the  keyboard .

-hold down FN button then press scroll

-Fn + Numlock Shut down the computer

-Unplug the power cord
Take the battery out for a few minutes
Replace the battery and start the computer
