Experience in Core Java / Swing orJ2EE / Spring / Hibernate, Struts, EJB, Ajax, Weblogic, RMI, JSP, JDBC ( All skills are not mandatory)
Knowledge in BFSI Domain is preferred
Excellent analytical and problem solving approach
Very good communication skills (Written & Oral)
