Job Description
Job Responsibility
- To Log Service Calls received over email & phone from customers across India.
- Provide Call Log Number to customers.
- Track status of pending calls.
- Send quotation for parts to customers for out of warranty calls.
- Follow-up for orders from customers for parts / service charges.
- Provide phone support to customer for minor problems.
- Strong Customer Focus
- Ability to work over emails & spreadsheet (MS Excel) with total concentration
- Preparing MIS of pending calls, pending parts, response & resolution time etc.
- Ability to patiently communicate with customer over phone in order to understand exact nature of problem.
- Team player
