SAP/HR
Generic Proficiency:
1). Ability to understand the customer business processes and the IT landscape rapidly. Ability to frame the right set of questions for a single process track.
2) Able to guide a team , preparation of design documents, gathering business requirements, knowledge of the quality processes and alsoguide the team in using the various quality tools. Should have at least 3 – 6yrs years of SAP experience in the core module of specialization and 1 – 3years of domain experience Module specific Proficiency: Must have good SAP application specific knowledge of the HR Process.
3) Ability to create the detailed solution and assist in implementing the solution. Should be able to configurebased on the design document and a good knowledge of the quality processes andbe able to perform unit test/SIT based on test plan/ Cases.
