We are one of the leading IT recruiter in Chennai and we are working With CMM5 level clients and US MNCs .We have an immediate opening for HR – Recruiters for our consultancy.

Job Description:
1. Should be responsible for end to end recruitment.
2. Requirement gathering from the clients, Sourcing profiles through job portals, Head hunting, referrals, cold calling and taking the first round interview (telephonic), Scheduling interviews & Follow-ups.
3. Designing Job description & Responsible for Job Posting.
4. Excellent exposure to the job portals.
5. Handling Induction & Training of new joiners.
6. Recruitments for all levels of employees.
7. Reporting to Vertical Head about day by day Activities.
8. Target achieving

Desired Profile:

*Any Graduate with Good Communication who have passed out in 2009

*Should have interest to grow in the field of HR (Human Resource)

* Exp: 0-1 yrs
