Which one is best for website. Table based website or Div tag website?

I dont know what do you mean by "BEST"

For rendering: DIV is best.
For easy to code: Table is best.
For attracting client:  Saying & doing "We are table-less & Div based designer" is best.

Learn both and do DIV based, where ever is possible.
