Administrator Login Computer installing applications

Question

Hai Friends please anyone of you explain me.. If i am Suppose to be in browsing centre., Which prevents Administrator Login (No Access to install Applications)
Just explain me how to download a simple youtube video.....

use www.savevid.com to download youtube videos or use addons like "Easy youtube downloader" for firefox and others browsers. It does'nt need administrator Rights.......

It will be better than usual... but u have to know that savevid.. also an applcaition which installs as the other softwares.... so it also refuses to install............

savevid is not an application it is a kind of site which you can download the youtube videos, easy, but it needs java runtime should be installed

( In this Computer Centre we can just login in profile named net..
 it is not an administrator..... But it's owner already disabled application installing (through Gruop Policy Editor) Do u know about this....
This GPEDIT.MSC is not accessible in guest login....
So i am doing this
I am attempting to use save vid... But it gives me one plugin to install otherwise it upgrades itself for java platform.....................

I know gpedit.msc, lets try this one install IDM (internet download manager) Note : After download. It will ask to install in c: drive don't install, just install in other drives like "D:Internet download manager", it will work, and my company senior programmer also do same thing, but i will do this trick, this works, for me smoothly.....or use youtube downloader portable "No need to install", just works, peeeerfectly....
