  • Develop effective monitoring systems and process to ensure smooth service delivery and proactive analysis of Quality of service and the perceived benefit by the end user.
  • Manage Vendor outsourcing – pricing, SLA, and other commercial / strategic/ operational discussions with the service vendor
  • Employee Performance management- Manage & motivate the staff for consistent superior performance.
  • Plan and execute various Customer Service Projects including Call Centre to enhance delivery of customer service.
