Job Responsibilities

* To assign & track tasks to field technicians located across India.
* Ensure receipts of Service & Installation Reports from Field Technicians.
* Coordinate dispatch of parts to field technicians located in various parts of the country.
* Tracking receipt of defective parts from field technicians.
* Allocating & authorizing expenses for tasks assigned to field technicians.
* Preparing MIS of total tasks completed by each field technician in a month.
