Job description:

  • Book-keeping & Accountancy
  • Maintain Human & Public Relations
  • At times take care of Office Administration
  • Business Correspondence
  • Responsible for scheduling and taking care of his calendar.
  • Co-ordination of inter-office or external meetings, conferences, etc.
  • Interaction and co-ordination with various departments in the organization, dealing with different business matters.
  • Responsible for making the travel arrangements for the Managing Director.
