Designation :Area Manager
Description:
* Reporting to Regional Manager
* Purpose – Responsible and accountable in all aspects of Sales of Construction Chemicals.
* Dimensions – A State (Tamilnadu / Kerala) as a territory. 15-20 Applicators and 5-6 Stockists. 1-2 Direct Reportees.
* No. of Products – 70, New Products – 40 (approx.)
* Key Result Areas
a) Achievement of Sales Target through the network of applicators and stockists.
b) Business Development – Launch of New Products, Expanding markets for existing products, Carry out below the line activities i.e Architets / Engineers / Consultants Meets, Participate in Seminars / Exhibitions, Training of Applicators Sales Force in Product & Application
c) Control of Debtors as per Credit Policy
Education: B.E. (Civil) / Diploma (Civil) / B.Sc.(Chemistry) / M.B.A (Marketing)
Experience: 4-6 years in marketing / sales of Construction Chemicals or Building Materials (Note: For non BE (Civil) / Diploma (Civil) Experience in Marketing / Sales of Construction Chemicals is a must.)
Age: 26-29 Years
Skill set: Good Communication and Presentation Skills, Team Builder, Assertive.
Location: Chennai and Cochin
