Job Responsibility

  • To Log Service Calls received over email & phone from customers across India.
  • Provide Call Log Number to customers.
  • Track status of pending calls.
  • Send quotation for parts to customers for out of warranty calls.
  • Follow-up for orders from customers for parts / service charges.
  • Provide phone support to customer for minor problems.
Skills
  • Strong Customer Focus
  • Ability to work over emails & spreadsheet (MS Excel) with total concentration
  • Preparing MIS of pending calls, pending parts, response & resolution time etc.
  • Ability to patiently communicate with customer over phone in order to understand exact nature of problem.
  • Team player
