i have a doubt.One month before i installed a nero 9 trial pack software,after the trial period i try to uninstall,but the software shows some error and the software is not uninstall. I simply done one job i delete the nero in c folder after that the software is gone in my PC.
Now i installed the nero8,the installing is worked properly,after the instalation the software is not working and i tried lot of times.The process is not working.Tell me ur suggestion.

My friend send one DVD for me….but when i play the DVD it does not working…..The memory level showing clearly .There is 2.00 GB free of 4.37 GB…but if i open that, there is no items are found in the new page………..This DVD is very important for me,thats y iam asking a que like that

iam using a vista operating system….today mng the system sudenly got some problem and restarted automatically….and after that the DVD drive folder is missing and i insert the CD..the cd process is working in the drive…but nothing is playing….i checked 3 to 4 cd……tel me how will rectify this problem.

When I try to send email in php with smtp authentication, i get the following error “authentication failure [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 535, response: authentication failed (#5.7.1))] ”
I have made all the changes correctly in php.ini, microsoft outlook configuration and php.ini have the same configuartion,

What is your mail server? Have you created those SMTP logins in your mail server?
Karthik pls helpme. i have installed both XP and vista in different drives. when i formatted xp alone the dual boot screen dissappears. since am not using vista, i neglected it. so i saved datas in that drive along with tat vista files now i want to remove the vista files alone from that drive when i try to delete it it shows the files are being currently used. I’ve tried it in safe mode also but no use.pls help me thnx in advance

Thanks for contacting me.
#1. Actually there is no need for dual boot menu once you have formatted XP. There is only one OS (Vista) So Dual Boot Menu disappears.
#2. And remember that, Bootloader will be installed/modified only by recently installed OS. I hope VISTA is a recent installation in your computer.
#3. What is your current OS? I think Vista. If you are running your system with Vista and trying to delete its files then it will never happen.

In my pc when i open mycomputer and after selecting any drive in it, In toolbar the navigation button such as back and previous button are disabled(they are not working), every time when i select a drive or open mycomputer a new window open with the contents,
but the navigation buttons are working properly in all browsers.
Please help to recover from this problem, thanks in advance

* I opened tools menu –> Folder optiosin local drives
* In the general tab i found the “Browse Folder” option.
* I found that “Open each folder in its own window is enabled”.
* As soon i disabled it, My problem solved.

Basically, Norton is a heavy weighted antivirus software. It uses most of the computer resources even it is in idle mode. I do not recommend norton to any of my friends. So, Kindly completely uninstall norton & install BitDefender or ENOD32. You should receive full download rate for sure.

bitdefender is very better than 2010. BD will not eat your CPU & Memory. But norton keeps using your resources even you work or let it idle.

I like to operate two OS in my compute, XP and Windows 7What to do?
1GB RAM, 20 HDD….
Step 1: Upgrade your pc to minimum 2GB RAM (Windows requires minimum 2GB for optimum performance)
Step 2: Make any one of your harddrive partition free., For example: Make D: drive empty.
Step 3: I guess, Currently you have XP on C: . Boot your computer with Win7 DVD & install it on D: . When bootloader config options appear., Do that step carefully & set which OS should be booted by default.
Note: Have some of your geeky friends near you while doing it. I dont want you to mess you XP with Win7 during installation. You have much chances for losing your data and/or existing OS.

Windows is not having that kind of very specific feature. Why do you want to do that? You sounds like my college lab supervisor
He always keeps eye on my friends for copying files from pendrive or hidden folders and put it in working directory.
