How to send large file through mail?

I want to send mail larger than 20 MB. I cant able to send that much capacity. Tell me the way to send larger file through internet.

Try Dropbox public/private directory method.

Just split the File to 10 mb each using Winrar or other archive softwares
Then send it.

Easy way is, if you have Gmail account upload it into your "google docs" (compress the files for better uploads). and share the uploaded files to your respective email address..
